Through memberships, book sales, and other fundraising initiatives, the Friends enable the purchase of resources that fall outside the scope of the library’s operating budget. The Friends of the City Heights/Weingart Library also organize and present adult programming, fund children’s programs and events, and advocate for city libraries with our elected officials.
